1. I have read the Rules and Regulations regarding Admission in concerned programme in the college of Maharaj Vinayak Global University, Jaipur. I find myself eligible for the same.

2. I do solemnly affirm that the statement and information furnished by me as above and also in the enclosures submitted are true. I realize that if any information furnished therein is found to be untrue in material particulars. I shall be liable to criminal prosecution as well as to forgo my admission and to be removed from the college, if already admitted. I shall abide by the decision of the Director / Principal/ Registrar.

3. I also undertake to pay the University, College, Hostel and other Fee/dues regularly on the prescribed due date.

4. I hereby agree, if admitted, to abide by the rules and regulations at present in force or those that may hereafter be made for the administration of the University/College and I undertake that so long as I am a student of the College, I will do nothing either inside or outside the University/College that will interfere with its orderly working and discipline.

5. I hereby agree, that I will not be involved in RAGGING. As Ragging in Any Form is banned. If I involve and violate the UGC Regulations on Curbing the Menace of Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009 and the directions of the Supreme Court of India & the Central/ State Government in this regards, it will be a cognizable offence which will invite legal action against me as per law of the land.

6. I also declare that:                                 

(a) I have not been convicted of any criminal offence nor have I been released on bail in connection with a criminal case.

(b) No case of criminal offence or moral turpitude is pending against me in any Court of Law.

(c) No complaint or F.I.R. has been lodged against me by the University/ Principal of a constituent College/School.

(d) I have not resorted to any act of indiscipline during the past year.

(e) I have not been debarred from appearing in any of the Entrance Exam/Public Examination.

7. I know that the admission right is reserved with Management and University and merly filling this form does not indicate that my admission is confirmed

a. I know that in an online payment transaction, I must use my own credit card/debit card net banking. University will not be liable for any Cyber crime fraud. The liability to use a card/ online payment fraudulently shall be exclusively on me. All disputes between me and the University, including any dispute relating to payment of fees, refund of fees, examination shall be exclusively subject to jurisdiction of only Jaipur Courts. The success and failure of a card transaction is at the sole discretion of the card issuing bank. University assumes no responsibility for any dispute arising there from. In case of a dispute regarding any card transactions made by cardholder through the University website, the same must be resolved by cardholder directly with his Bank/Debit card issuer.

b. I agree to not make University a party to any such dispute. University shall not be liable to me/ cardholder for any consequence arising out of any fraudulent or disputed transactions. By making a Fee Payment over the University website, I hereby agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

c. I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless UNIVERSITY and its officers / employees, business affiliates, from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions, or any liability of any kind resulting from or arising from me or any third party's use (or misuse) of the Fee Payment facility available over the UNIVERSITY website.

d. I know that University reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Fee Payment facility or to withdraw it completely.
